What this warranty covers
Your Greenflyer Bike is warranted by GreenFlyer Bikes of Florida to be free from all defects in material and workmanship as it relates to the power train of the vehicle, including the rear wheel motor, computer controller, and battery. This warranty is granted only to the original purchaser of the product and does not cover damages or malfunction caused by negligence, abuse, customer modification, or unauthorized service. As a matter of warranty policy, Go Electric! and Green Flyer Bikes will not refund the consumer’s purchase price.
GreenFlyer Bikes will, at its option, repair or replace a defective drive train component that is covered by this warranty. Go Electric! handles the management and repairs (rarely needed!) of any warranty issues for bikes purchased from us. Repairs can be performed locally by an Authorized Service Representative for GreenFlyer Bikes.
What this warranty does not cover
GreenFlyer Bikes stocks a full range of replacement parts, but cannot warrant the performance of tubes, tires, bulbs, and other body parts which are subject to normal wear and tear. Batteries are warranted to be wired correctly and perform as designed but it is essential that you keep the battery charged regularly and avoid leaving the battery in an undercharged state for prolonged periods of time.
